We had a wonderful camping experience (in spite
of plumbing and new RV related problems). Our dogs were so
exhausted after each days' activities that they were on their
best behavior. Due to our plumbing problems, we got to visit
your rest rooms often and they were always clean and very much
like home.
Our dogs really enjoyed swimming in your pond. It was the
first time in the water for some of them and they loved it!
Helen and Sandy really enjoyed their agility lessons. Helen
said that Sandy did very well in agility but she had trouble
keeping up with Sandy. Perhaps next year you need an
"agility handler boot camp" without the dogs (grin).
You are definitely on our list of places to visit next year!
If we tell too many friends how much we enjoyed the visit, we
might not be able to get reservations next year so we will be
very selective who we tell!

time at your "Rat Pack" weekend.

Chloe, Daisy, Rosie and Dixie had a great time, Dixie enjoyed
the costume contest and trick or treating -
except she didn't think it was fair to have to share her

Dear Schroeder,
My hoomans spent the evening looking at the online
Oktoberfest pictures and then they started calling their
friends.
They wanted everyone to know about the Oktoberfest
party! That's when I realized that I had not been
included. Were you there?
Now I understand why they made me play and run all day.
They knew I would be too tired to notice I had been left
behind.
No big deal! While they were away at the party, I watched
Animal Planet and then snuggled under the comforter and
slept.
And they thought I missed them being there! I can't wait
until we come back to Four Paws. Those silly hoomans of
mine!

Hi Meik and Birgit,
Just wanted to say thank you for a great stay. Rebel loved it,
and was a nice tired boy coming home. After dog park, we took
him to swim and fetch a ball, and then to try out the agility
course. ...
I am sorry we didn't have a lot of time to spend in the
campground because we are looking for property, but we plan to
come back again now that we know you are there. ...
I am going to write about you for our little local
paper...there are many dog lovers here. I am thinking you
would be a good place to stay if a hurricane was threatening
too. I am a travel agent, and I will give the Four paws
kingdom a 5 paws recommendation!

I had a great time at your campground and my humans
did too. I enjoyed
meeting Schroeder & Lucy as well as the other animals
there. I was able to run
off leash, explore, have some training & much needed
exercise. I have
convinced my pet parents to bring me back next year, we
will be back in Oct. This is
my favorite campground.

The entire Ballantine family, including my daughter and granddogs, Juliette and Romeo, enjoyed our stay at 4Paws soooooooooo Much!! Deirdre loved it as much as we and she will probably come out sometimes and rent a cabin, even if we cannot come along.
Bill has hung the beautiful "wolf" painting on the wall in the coach....and, it is so beautiful. I am still trying to find the right photos to email you of Lucy, Lucky and Phantom so you can Paint/Screen them for me. I have been so busy since coming home. But!!!! I will get them to you and sooooooon, I hope.

Sorry for the delay in my response. ... We had a wonderful time at Four Paws, and do indeed hope to visit again in
the future. I will just need to be sure we come at a time of year that my
allergies aren't acting up so badly.
We love to travel with our pups, and your place is special in that it allows
us to do so in a great way.
It is very obvious that Four Paws Kingdom is a labor of love for you - which
makes it even that much more special.
I have told lots of people about you, and I expect that you'll be hearing
from Alabamians and Tennesseans soon.

We had a GREAT time at Four Paws Kingdom for the Casita Rally!! And so did Bruno and
Tinkerbell, our 2 Chinese Crested Hairless dogs. I especially enjoyed the "Muddy Pooch" at the ice cream social. You guys are doing a great job and a wonderful service for dog lovers. Keep up the good work....and thanks so much for having us!!

I sent your parents an e-mail, but maybe something happened along the way. I told them our visit to 4 Paws was one of the best camping experience we've ever had. All 4 of my "kids" want to come back, as do my husband and I. We have told everyone what a great place it is and have given brochures to 3 area vet clinics.

We enjoyed our visit very much. Dude and Sable had a good time in the
off-leash area. When we are unable to take them with us, they are boarded with a
co-worker of Donna who has a kennel and is fenced. There they can play off
leash. We had never seen them ourselves though. It was fun for us to see
them run (except for their track inside our house). I was able to capture some
action shots.
We hope to see you again before too long.

I just wanted to tell you what a great time we all had at your campground this past weekend. It was our favorite camping experience. Of course the dogs thought it was wonderful and Terry was wanting to plan a week-long trip rather than just a weekend before we even left. We've already placed your brochures with two vets in our area. I have one more I want to check with. (Since I used to be a vet receptionist I have a few contacts).

Hi Schroeder,
Boots had a wonderful time at 4 Paws Kingdom (as well as my
great aunt and myself). That was the first time she (Boots)
had been away from home for any length of time. She did fine
and loved socializing with all the other fur kids that were
there.
Currently I am looking to come back with Boots very
soon. Just have to figure out when and my vacation time. We
will certainly be in touch. I have looked at the calendar of
events for the rest of the season and they all sound like so
much fun.
I have had several people ask me what I did on my weekend away
from Aiken, SC. I tell them about 4 Paws Kingdom and they
absolutely love the idea of a campground that cater's to
dogs.

Dear Schroeder and
family,
We had a wonderful
time! Baylee and Roscoe were worn out when we returned
home to Aiken, South Carolina! Your camp is very well run,
very organized, immaculately kept and you have a nice mix of
fur-friends and human activities. The Rib-Fest was wonderful
(kudos once again to the chefs!), and we enjoyed the magic
show, the Bingo, and the pot-luck dinner, also. I will
begin saving and folding shopping bags so that I can donate
them to Four Paws. Guess you can never have too many!
It seems pretty obvious that you go through many of them! Take
care and we hope to have the opportunity to come back in the
future! We will certainly (continue) to pass the word
along about your wonderful facility!

Dear Schroeder,
Lucy and Hoomans
We all had a great
time at 4 Paws Kingdom. Ginger and I got a little ear
infection from swimming but "Honey" and "Sweety"
put drops in their ears and it cleared up just fine. Our
favorite vet also gave us ear rinse to use after swimming.
We all had fun in the dog park chasing each other and I
especially enjoyed trying to catch the squirrels. We
enjoyed our baths there too and Honey bought a tub like the
one there. We just came back from a car ride and now
everyone is sleepy, even me. Everyone is curling up for
a nap now.

Meik and Birgit,
We just wanted to
let you know we had a really great time this weekend at Four
Paws Kingdom . The ribs were great. The
hospitality was wonderful. The magic show was really
good, yes both magicians. The pirate jokes were good
too. Sophie had a wonderful time. She was a little
timid but it always takes her a little while when she meets
new 4 and 2 leggers. Oh yes, the bingo was outstanding.
I guess we enjoyed that more than anyone else. I got
caught up on some much needed rest and Donna got some good
reading in. Tessa also rested plenty. You both did
a wonderful job. Keep up the good work. You make a
lot of people and 4paws happy with your campground.

Sadie and I had
the time of our lives at 4 Paws Kingdom! Thanks so much
for your warm hospitality and excellent facilities.
The off leash park was Sadie's favorite part--running,
panting, chasing, being chased--wow! She was in
doggie-heaven! And being able to take Sadie in the
office/store, well, that is definitely a first! Thank
you for the agility intro lesson and for bringing Dawn and
The Comedy Canines to the park. I had more fun with
Sadie this weekend than I have ever had! I am looking
forward to my next visit!

Hello we just wanted to say thank you again.
The cabin was wonderful it was much better than expected. Very
comfortable very clean and neat relaxing at it's best! Much
better to me than pulling and setting up our camper. This was
the best way to go camping by far! You two have worked very
hard and it shows. Hope your campground has a great season.

What a wonderful experience we had on our
first visit to 4Paws Kingdom.
The hospitality and friendliness was apparent from the
moment we arrived. The
sites are great and seldom do we enjoy the quiet and
peacefulness we did at
4Paws. Our guys Doc and Zan also enjoyed the
campground. Zan especially
enjoyed the lake and the small dog off leash area.
The meals at the pavillion
were superb and the Canine Comedians were totally out of
sight ! It was a
very easy decision to reserve our sites for
Oktoberfest. We have already
recommended 4Paws to family and others.
Looking forward to returning as soon as we can. Thanks
again for a
wonderful week !

Just when we thought
it couldn’t get any better….
Joseph, Missy, Carlito, Cuddles and I just wanted to send you
a note of thanks for our recent vacation at 4 Paws Kingdom.
We’ve vacationed w/you three
times now and every time we are more amazed and thankful
for all that you do.
Once again, the food (Easter dinner) was outstanding.
Missy’s obedience class was educational and fun. Carlito’s
“introduction to agility” was fun and exciting. Humans and
dogs alike came home relaxed and refreshed.
We are so fortunate that 4 Paws Kingdom is located in
NC…
you guys are a national treasure!
