2008 Rates Home

2008 Season: April 4, 2008 - November 30, 2008

All rates include two adults and up to three four
legged guests (dogs)².

We honor Good Sam, AAA, KOA and AARP with
a 10% discount on RV sites only (exclusions apply
for special discounted rates).

Discounts are valid on regular daily rates only
and are deducted at check-in only upon proof of
valid membership.

Escapees, Explorer Club and FMCA memberships
are honored upon request (please mention when
making reservations. Restrictions apply depending
on program.)

Human visitors (of camping guests only) - are $2.50 (max. 4 hours) per person/ (non-overnight).
4+ hours are subject to overnight pricing.

Immediate registration (at the campground office) upon arrival is required.

Human guests (overnight campers) and additional dogs (any age) are $4.00 extra/night. We reserve the right to limit the number of people and/or dogs per camp site.

Campers and visitors must agree to and abide by
our rules and regulations.

Our office closes at 6.00 pm. Latest check-in
time is 10.00pm. Please call us if you plan
on coming in after 8.00 pm.

Extras

⁽¹⁾ Monthly rates are based on 30 nights.

⁽²⁾Additional human guests (campers) and additional dogs are $4.00 extra/night. We reserve the right to limit the number of people and/or dogs per site.

⁽³⁾RV units using 50 AMP and/or 36' or longer will automatically be assigned a Premium Site.

⁽⁴⁾Current NC cabin tax is 11.75%

⁽⁵⁾ Weekly Rates are based on 7 nights.

Special Holiday Reservation Requirements 2008:

Memorial Day Weekend, 4th July Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, and Thanksgiving have a three night minimum stay.

Special Event Weekend Reservation Requirements

Margaritaville Party, Rat Pack Weekend, 5 Year Celebration and Oktoberfest Weekend
have a two night minimum stay.

Reservation and cancellation policy:

We will not charge any deposits for the 2008 season
before March 1st, 2008. After initial deposit is charged
our cancellation terms apply.
Reservations are not always necessary,
but highly encouraged especially for our cabins, trailers and
for all sites on Holidays and Special Events.
During season, all reservations on RV or tent sites will be
confirmed via email or fax within 24 hours.
Reservations require a one night
deposit for up to two nights / 50% deposit for more
than two nights, at time of reservation.
During season, all reservations on cabins will be
confirmed via email or fax within 24 hours.
Cabin/trailer reservations require a one night
deposit for up to two nights / 50% deposit for more
than two nights, at time of reservation.
Monthly and quarterly reservations require a 50% deposit at time of
reservation.
Monthly site leases do not renew automatically. Extensions have to be requested at
least five days before lease ends and will be granted upon site availability.
The maximum stay is 3 months.
Balance on RV, tent sites, cabins and trailer rental is due in full at check-in.
Membership Discounts on RV sites (if applicable), coupons
and other adjustments will only be made at check-in.
No discounts apply on cabin/trailer rentals.

Effective after final confirmation / cancellation policy:

For RV or Tent Sites:

A reservation is an agreement between you and us.
We agree to hold a site available for your use for the period of time
you request and you agree to pay a specified amount for the right to
occupy this site for that period of time.
When we reserve a campsite for you, we actually take it off the market
for the timeframe you reserve. Even though we may have subsequent
requests from others for a site on these dates, we save the site just for you
- even if it means turning other customers away.
Therefore a reservation, makes you financially responsible for the entire length of
stay you reserved.

All cancellations for any reservation have to be
submitted in writing preferably via email.
Please note: No refunds/rain checks for any site deposit for
cancellations regarding Holidays, Oktoberfest, Rallies and all Special
Event Weekends!
Reservations for campsites on non-holidays must be cancelled
at least 14 days prior to arrival to receive (your choice):

a refund (a $15.00 cancellation fee will be assessed /
$75.00 fee for monthly reservation deposits)

or

a rain check for the full deposit amount,
to be used within the next 12 months.
Cancellations without a 14 day notice will be issued
a rain check (minus $15.00 admin. fee/ $75.00 for monthly
rentals) to be used within the next twelve months.
Refunds will not be given for no-shows or early departures.
These cancellation rules will be enforced.

For Cabins/Trailer Rentals:

A reservation is an agreement between you and us.
We agree to hold a camping unit available for your use for the period of time
you request and you agree to pay a specified amount for the right to
occupy the camping unit for that period of time.
When we reserve a camping unit for you, we actually take it off the market
for the timeframe you reserve. Even though we may have subsequent
requests from others for a camping unit on these dates, we save the unit just for you
- even if it means turning other customers away.
Therefore you are financially responsible for the entire length of
stay you reserved.

All cancellations for any reservation have to be
submitted in writing preferably via email.
Please note: No rain checks/refunds for any cabin/trailer deposits for
cancellations regarding Holidays, Oktoberfest, Rallies and all Special Event
Weekends!
Reservations for cabins/trailers on non-holidays must be cancelled at least 14 days
prior to arrival to receive a rain-check (a $25.00 admin. fee will be assessed).
No refunds or rain-checks for cancellations later than 14 days
before scheduled arrival.
Refunds will not be given for no-shows or early departures.

These cancellation rules will be enforced.
