Four Paws Kingdom caters exclusively to adult
guests and their four legged canine companions.
All Rental Unit rates include two adults and We reserve the right to limit the number of people and/or dogs per camp site / rental unit. Our office closes at 6.00 pm / Sunday 1 pm. As a courtesy we honor Good Sam, AAA, KOA and AARP with
a 10% discount on RV sites only
Discounts are valid on regular daily rates only
and are deducted at check-in only upon proof of
valid membership. |

Extras |
| (1) Monthly rates are based on 30 nights. |
| (2) Additional human guests (campers) are $5.00 extra/night and additional dogs are $4.00 extra/night. We reserve the right to limit the number of people and/or dogs per site. |
| (3) RV units using 50 AMP and/or 36' or longer will automatically be assigned a Premium Site. |
| (4) Current NC cabin tax is 11.75% |
| (5) Weekly Rates are based on 7 nights. |
Special
Holiday Reservation
Requirements for 2012:
|
Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend and Thanksgiving have a three night minimum stay. Special Event Weekend Reservation Requirements 4th July Weekend, Margaritaville Party, Rat Pack Weekend, Easter Weekend, Boot Camp, Food Camp, Oktoberfest and Rally Weekends have a two night minimum stay. |
| All Holiday, Special Event and Rally reservations will be charged in full at time reservations are made. |
| Reservations are not always necessary, but highly encouraged especially for our cabins, trailers and
for all sites on Holidays and Special Event Weekends. (see above) During season, all reservations will be confirmed via email within 24 hours. Reservations require a one night deposit for up to two nights / 50% deposit for more than two nights, charged at time of reservation. Monthly reservations will be charged a 50% deposit at time of reservation. Monthly site leases do not renew automatically. Extensions have to be requested at least five days before lease ends and will be granted upon site availability. Balance on RV sites, cabins and trailer rental is due in full at check-in. Membership Discounts on RV sites (if applicable), coupons and other adjustments will only be made at check-in. No discounts apply on cabin/trailer rentals. |
Cancellation Policies
Effective after final confirmation:
For RV Sites:
| A reservation is a contractual agreement between you and us. When we reserve a
site for you, we actually take it off the market for the timeframe you
reserved. Even though we may have subsequent requests from others for your
site and on these dates, we save the site just for you - even if it means turning other customers away. All cancellations for any reservation have to be submitted in writing preferably via email (no exceptions). No refunds or rain checks for any site deposits for cancellations involving Holidays, Oktoberfest, Rallies or any of our Special Event Weekends! Reservations for RV campsites on non-holidays must be cancelled at least 14 days prior to arrival to receive a refund (a $15.00 cancellation fee will be assessed / $25.00 for Deluxe Site / $75.00 fee for monthly reservation deposits) Cancellations without a 14 day notice will be issued a rain check (minus $15.00 admin. fee/ / $25.00 for Deluxe Site / $75.00 for monthly rentals) to be used within the next twelve months. Last minute cancellations on day of scheduled arrival and/or no-shows are not eligible for refunds/ rain-checks and will be charged for the entire entire length of stay reserved. Refunds/rain-checks will also not be given for early departures. In fairness to all of our campers and to keep prices affordable these cancellation rules will be enforced. |
