These fenced parks allow dogs to run freely, off leash, play with their campground friends and explore a number of features in each park. Parks include:
Small Dog Park - for the 30lbs and under fur babies that need a space with no big dogs
Agility Park - to keep those paws moving and try out some new tricks
Community Park - where everyone comes to play
Private Park - for those dogs that want some social distancing and time to themselves
Pond Park - a guest favorite where they can run, swim and dive after treats in the pond
Ball Park - have a blast jumping in our ball pits and chasing them to your heart's content
Lure Coursing Park - a scheduled event where dogs can try their hand as this popular sport
Dedicated bath facilities for all guests, human and canine.
Did you have too much fun playing in the pond? No worries we have both canines and humans covered. Our doggie bath house has the best facilities to get those fur babies cleaned up and looking sassy for evening activities. Human guests can enjoy private showers and toilet facilities that are both heated and cooled for ideal temperatures. Individual rooms with locking doors provide the ultimate privacy.
Specialized training and extra options
Most weekends you can find a dog trainer, behavioral expert or agility trainer hanging out in the park. These are some of the best in the business and you can book time with them during your stay for a little extra perk.

Ideally located at the base of the Blue Ridge Mountains, 4Paws provides a great home base to other area adventures. Adults Only Campground
Due to the liability associated with a dog focused campground, 4Paws is strictly for adults age 18 and older. The good thing is, you can totally blame us for why the kids have to go to grandma’s for the weekend. Parents need a break too, and we don’t mind being the bad guy if it helps you get away and reconnect with other adults. Plan a girls trip or take a few days off to wind down and relax. Fur babies need some alone time with you too. We’re the perfect excuse to finally make the time.
